Flu-be-gone!

Hello everyone!
My it's been a while hasn't it? Happy New Year!
My family ended our 2012 with the flu. We were all sick for weeks and weeks. We didn't visit family during the Christmas holiday because we were all so ill. I haven't been on my blog because of that darn flu. Seemed like everytime someone would get well the next person would get it and pass it back again.
I'm happy to say that we are all on the mend...FINALLY!
Still a few sniffles here and there but the energy levels are coming back up.
Finally feeling the urge to create again.
Hopefully I'll have something new to show you this weekend.

If anyone is taking my online soldering class and has any questions just let me know.
I'm sifting through my emails, hoping not to miss something.
Between the flu and my Yahoo mail being messed up for so long there are a lot to go through.
I'm Back!

Great to see you back Thespa, I so feel for you. I had the flu right before Thanksgiving. Then ended up with a bad case of bronchitis before Christmas.
No fun!
Glad to hear your all feeling better.
Hugs Lynn

I have to say I LOVE YOUR BLOG!!! I happened upon it yesterday by way of your Decayed vintage cuff from 2010ish and spent most of yesterday eveing looking through your blog finshing up this morning. Yes i looked at every post after that cuff, lol. (Dare i go back from there? Yes, yes i will)
I love all of the things you create, they are wonderfuly amazing.

I am in AR also, down toward Searcy AR. If you ever get down this way check out Thackerland, the Judsonia Flea Market. I bought an amazing box of Vintage lace there for $2, a huge box of lace. I had know idea what i would do with it all but i have some ideas after reading your blog. :) i have a Valentines swap (I'm the host) and have been so stuck on this one. Thank you for the insperation.
Back to the flea market, a lot of peopke don't realize just what is in that back building, but it is full if vintage treasures, from buttons, fabric, jewlery, furinture to toys and silverware. And lets not foget the amazing bottles and blue jars.
I bought another box of lace for .25¢ at our local thrift store. We also have Bebee flea market and it has the tin you are useing for your studio, Judsonia has a pile of it also. Oh and all the doorknobs and cabnit/drawer hardware is amazing!

I had so much i wanted to comment on but restrsined to put it on the last post. I'm sure you will sed many other comments from me soon. :)
Thank you again for such an amazing blog.

Oh and i hope you all feel better and stay that way, i know this is one of the worst Flu outbreaks AR has ever seen. So many of us has been so sick all winter.

I have some VERY Exciting news to share soon. Can't wait to spill the beans!
