Art Mechanique Bezel Bracelets are available for you to fill and embellish with your own creativity now at the ICE Resin booths (901 and 903) at the Bead and Button Show in Milwaukee at the Delta Center, June 6-9, 2013.

  

This is the bracelet that I made. Of course it had to be turquoise, I just love how it turned out and plan to wear it all the time.

Art Mechanique Paper Sealer

ICE Enamel - Turquoise Relique  & Ivory Relique

Enamel medium

ICE Resin®

Bo Bunny Scrapbook Paper

Spellbinders Artisan Explorer Die Cut Machine

Spellbinders Media Mixage Circles Die

E-6000 Jewelry Adhesive

Vintage mother of pearl buttons

 Heat Gun

Paint brush

Instructions:

  1. Brush the enamel medium over the bezels here and there, don't cover it completely.

2. Sprinkle the ICE Enamel, Turquoise Relique, over the bezels

3. Heat with a heat gun to melt the enamel powder. You can then sprinkle a small amount of the Ivory Relique powder here and there to give it those light areas.

4. Use the Artisan Explorer and Spellbinders circle die to cut 5 circles out of a sheet of
BoBunny scrapbook paper. 

5. Brush Art Mechanique Paper Sealer into each bezel and press the paper circle into place, then brush a coating of the paper sealer over the top of the paper. Let dry.

6. Glue buttons over paper with E-6000 jewelry adhesive, let dry.

  7. Mix ICE Resin® according to package instructions and pour a tiny amount over each button. Let sit then add more drop by drop to prevent overfilling. 

8. Brush ICE Resin® over all enameled areas.

9. Let cure.  

Tip:  

If you want a vintage tarnished look to your piece don't cover all the metal completely with the enamel powder. Placing the enamel randomly and letting some of the metal show through will give you that real tarnish style.
