Last week I shared a pink dry erase board that I made out of an antique frame with a vintage image from the Graphics Fairy, today I want to show you my new one. I made the background collage with some vintage papers I had, some hand dyed lace and some scrapbook paper. I framed it in this cool frame I got at a yard sale Sat morning for $1. I was excited. (When I made the pink one my husband asked me what I was going to do with it since it didn't match any of my decor, I told him I would figure something out. Now I have one that matched my blue and brown decor.)
I cut a heart out of my extra collage background and put it under the glass too, now I can write special notes over it.
Now for the free vintage images....
This is the cover of an antique German poem and story book, there are a few neat graphics inside that I will share later.
This is the spine, I love those swirls in the leather.
And I bought this whole family for a dollar too, LOL. Aren't they cute!
Have a happy day!
What a gorgeous board, so pretty. Thanks for the freebies, beautiful.

I love your new blue and brown momento note board. Very clever of you. Happy creating...
ReplyDeleteI never would have thought to use the glass of the frame to write on! What a great idea for a collaged erase board!
ReplyDelete(I like the pink one too)
