I'm running a little behind today, my husband and I took a vacation day since the kids are on spring break (and of course it sleeted and snowed yesterday), I wasn't expecting to sleep in this morning but it was nice.
So without further ado we carry on...

For my project this week I wanted to share a cute little project with a vintage image of two kids dressed up.
I cut the vintage photo to fit inside the Art Mechanique Mixed Metals bezel, mixed and poured a layer of ICE Resin® leaving a little space in the bezel (not quite full) and let it cure.
I then cut the words "Jack and Jill" from an old dictionary and glued them on top of the layer of ICE Resin® with Art Mechanique Paper Sealer (a really great product that seals the paper layers and dries very quickly)
after that was dry I mixed and poured the final layer of ICE Resin® to fill the bezel. This created a nice 3-D effect to the piece. Last I did some wire wrapping on the glass beads and the vintage glass toggle button as a dangle to complete this project.
I forgot my camera in the car last night and it got really cold here so as soon as I took the lens cap off the camera the lens fogged up. So I rubbed a little fog off the center and the edges were still foggy. I like it. :)
