A Roaring Twenties Tribute!

I am sharing this photo that I found at a flea market last week and I'm loving the 1920's family photo. I've been inspired by the 1920's lately and I went looking to see what creations others are making inspired by this era. So I thought I would share a few things I found today.

This was the first thing that caught my eye. Isn't this just adorable? Found it on Flickr here...
By Little Bee That Could . Check out her other hand stitched creations.

This is most FABULOUS! I was floored when I saw these. Magda Rust hand paints these gorgeous displays inspired by the 1920's/30's and sells them on Etsy...
She also has a blog where she shows you other creations she makes. She is a very talented person and you should go visit her...

These are pics of a 1920's inspired wedding, how neat! I found them here...
there are more pics to see of that wedding design.

This gorgeous creation was a workshop held at Roxan's Ribbon Retreat in November last year. How wonderful it would have been to go to that. There is some major talent on that blog and you've got to check it out....

This is a lovely page layout is just yummy, with all those vintage style layers.
You can find more of her beautiful layouts here...

This was a cuff kit made for Silver Bella Friends by...
Don't you just love those little red and white flapper buttons?
You must check out her blog, so much eye candy there.

I hope you've enjoyed this little tribute.
Have a Happy Day!

I love them!!!! I love the look of 20's fashion. But then again, I love the 30's, the 40's for sure, and even most of the 50's too! But I love the little cloche hats and the line of the dresses from the 20's and really, all of it. Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to take some time and visit those sites you mentioned. I should tell you, you are the reason that I took the Artist Class for February. I was visiting some of the sites on your sidebar and ran into Mary and Corinne from 100 Pretty Things, and I got hooked in Corinne's shoes, and that was it! So thank you, have a great day, I am still gushing all over the journal. I even took it to a hockey game last night to show the other moms. They loved it and thought I was so lucky!!!

I love all of your creations, lovely. I am also taken with anything from the 20's, when I was a kid I was obssessed with Daisy from Gatsby. I collect dresses from the 20's as well. Love your family photo. Lisa
PS Thanks for the great comment you left for me.
