Where is warmth?

I went to the flea market today, having my dad on my mind. We used to go to the flea market together once in a while. It's been very cold here with lots of snow, just like the rest of the country. It's the most snow we've had since I was a little girl. My husband and I were just talking last year about how it doesn't snow anymore like when we were kids. Well somebody up there heard us talking and now all I want is someplace warm to go which is odd for me since I'm more of a fall/winter person.
I think I'm just feeling the cold a little more this week because of dad's passing.
I found this old nursery rhyme book at the flea market and it made me smile. Perhaps you will look at it and smile too.

And this side view of an elegant lady I couldn't pass up...

And a pretty outfit on a fine lady is irresistable as well....

I'm going to miss sharing odd finds, and creative thoughts with dad, I am already.

Enjoy the pictures, and call your parents if you can. Have a good day!

Oh, the golden summer days of childhood! Sigh, summer never seemed to end when we were little, these days it is gone in a flash.
