Pretty Vintage Christmas Stitched Tag Ornaments w/Instructions

I got the image for these from the Graphics Fairy. I'm linking up with The Graphics Fairy Brag Monday http://graphicsfairy.blogspot.com/2010/11/brag-monday-nutcracker-stocking-and.html
I printed it in reverse on some iron on transfer paper.
Ironed it onto muslin and cut out, then frayed the edges. Next I cut a tag shape out of some fabric remnants for the second layer and another tag shape out of  cream burlap fabric.
(To cut a nice even tag shape out of fabric without a pattern...cut a rectangle then fold in half lengthwise and then snip off an outside corner. make sure you don't snip a folded corner, and there you have it.)
I stitched all the layers together and added a bow and a rhinestone button to the center.
These would be great as gift wrap tags or as pretty ornaments for a tree or both.
This green one is going to a sweet friend who really helped me out yesterday without even knowing it.
These three with the red backgrounds are going into my Etsy shop.

Christmas is coming! Christmas is coming!

These are so cute! I love them!

Which area in Arkansas do you reside? I'm in NW Arkansas (Springdale.) I had no idea we live in the same state until I saw your comment on my blog about War Eagle. It's such a small world, "neighbor". :)
