I didn't have the camera out so I scanned this necklace, pic doesn't do it justice but it's fun anyway.
I used an old octagon shaped pocket watch case and put in a piece of an old German book page with an image I found online a long time ago. I wish I had saved the info on where it came from so if you recognize the image please leave a comment telling me it's origins. :-)
I then added Glossy Accents to the top of the image and because I didn't seal the collage before adding Glossy Accents it soaked into the two layers making them slightly transparent, which I love the look of.
I then added the velvet ribbon, and old rhinestone buckle and clasp with an old rhinestone button hanging on the end.
Sorry I haven't been around as much lately, I'm hoping to get back on here more often after Christmas. I've been so busy making things and working and there just aren't enough hours in the day.
